    Business Applications Analyst – Nottingham - Hybrid – £40k - CharityApplication Support | SharePoint | Power Automate | Excel | SQL | MySQL | Power BI | TeamsSalary: £40,000Location: Nottingham - HybridAre you an experienced application support professional, looking for a new challenge in your career? Do you have demonstrable experience in administering business applications and educating staff on their value? Have you got a strong understanding of SQL and MySQL, as well as the Microsoft Suite? Interested in working for a company who make a real difference to society and will support the development of your career? If so, I have a fantastic opportunity for youI'm looking to speak with individuals who can support multiple business applications analysing, diagnosing ang resolving any errors.

    You will be able to demonstrate that you can lead on the implementation of new business applications and manage third party vendors.

    You will be responsible for driving the best use of technology across the group and training staff to ensure they can use new and existing technology effectively.

    Key ResponsibilitiesLead on the implementation of new business applicationsAnalyse, diagnose and resolve application errorsAssist the IT Manager to help the group adopt MS Teams and SharePointEnsure new applications are implemented, tested and integratedWork in conjunction with software vendors to help the organisation meet its objectivesAnalyse error trends to help reduce costs and maximise efficiencyConduct regular tests to improve applicationsThe Ideal CandidateExcellent knowledge of IT best practices and digital applicationsCapable of working independently without the need for supervisionStrong written and verbal communication skillsAble to prioritise tasks as part of a busy scheduleCan produce technical documentation for colleagues to followDesired experience with:
