Description
Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Policy & Project Officer to work within Bracknell Forest Council.
Job Purpose
- Effectively coordinate a review of the Adult Social Care Practice Guidance and operating procedures to ensure that it is reflective of current practice and procedures.
- Lead on development of a range of policy and procedures identified through our assessment of readiness for Adult Social Care Assurance.
- Build effective relationships with team members and any external consultants responsible for delivering services to effectively engage, persuade and influence on the target outcomes.
- Ensure programme deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner and deliver appropriate stakeholder management.
- Support the identification of any gaps in practice guidance and information, reporting these to the Project Sponsor.
- To organise the practice guidance and operating procedures in a navigable intranetbased structure used by practitioners.
- Developing and maintaining a milestone schedule with particular emphasis on key interdependencies with other projects.
