    Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with one hour for lunch)

    We currently have a full time role available at our supporting housing project at Morris Court in Fallowfield – the scheme supports people with enduring mental health to overcome these challenges, develop their independence, provides support to access employment and/or education.

    We are looking for someone who can challenge stigma and support people to overcome challenges they face in everyday life and also to support them to move on and maintain their own home within the community.

    This role will help us to do this by providing monitoring and support in connection with tenants well-being and housing management needs.

    Experience in a similar role - with young people or adults with enduring mental health.
    knowledge of and work closely with other support services.

    And will have Ideally will have worked in a similar role, in an accommodation-based /tenancy support/ outreach / crisis management or community hub setting.
