A position has become available in the busy Field Service and Engineering department of a leading Biotechnology Company.

• Assisting and covering the Service Manager with planning Engineers work
• Overseeing engineering teams have administrative support

Customer Management

• Managing external and internal customer issues
• Overseeing customer portals are updated and correct and procedures are followed
• Overseeing the setting up of new customer contracts within the system and maintaining existing contracts schedules
• Full understanding of customers' requirements
• Providing additional support and reporting to management and customer account managers as required

Stock Management

• Ensuring Stock is ordered for planned, reactive and new business
• Reporting on stock levels for multi locations

Reporting

• Installations and new business
• Invoicing and monitoring Month End procedures
• KPI's for the department

IT Management

• Communicating with IT companies
• Resolving in house IT issues
• Looking at ways to improve efficiencies within the department

H&S

• Working with H&S Manager to ensure Risk Assessments and Authorisations for site are in place

Requirements:

• Experience of working on a service desk is essential
• Decisive, and able to work effectively on initiative
• Knowledge of UK Geography
• Experienced in Microsoft programs
• Attention to detail
• An interest in IT would be a benefit to support any daytoday issues.
• Ability to communicate, both internally and externally, in a polite and effective manner

Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
