The successful candidate will support & implement worldwide and EMEIA digital merchandising strategies.     Key Qualifications

    • Extensive experience in digital commerce, digital merchandising, or equivalent experience at a leading global brand.
    • Experience working in close partnership with creative & UX teams to define shopping journeys and build customer experiences.
    • Significant project management experience with deep knowledge of the EMEIA retail industry and digital commerce trends.
    • High attention to detail and obsesses over customer experience.
    • Outstanding ability to problem solve, develop creative solutions, and demonstrate resourcefulness.
    • Demonstrated ability to define & achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
    • Proven analytical and numerical proficiency; versed in site analytics, proficient in analysing data for decision making and translating to commercial opportunities.
    • Solid track record to present & influence across multiple teams and senior leadership to drive innovation and results.
    • Contributes to an inclusive environment through respecting each others' differences and having the curiosity to learn
    Description

    Working closely with cross-functional internal team members across the globe, this role will be a key partner in driving a forward looking eCommerce strategy for the EMEIA region. The successful candidate understands regional e-commerce, social and digital trends for consumers shopping preferences and information consumption is key, and demonstrates the courage and energy to persevere when systems or structure are in constant motion. You'll partner with various WW and regional teams to deliver relevant local merchandising, including navigation, content briefing, thematic curation, visual merchandising, and performance merchandising.- Plan, manage, implement and measure success of merchandising deliverables for key product launches, campaigns and offers.- Support Apple Online Store country managers to provide and optimise locally relevant and commercially effective merchandising for priority regional markets.- Partner with X-functional teams like Analytics, Operations, Insights, Product Management or Contact Centres to understand shopping trends and activity. Provide recommendations driven by insights/research to optimise the customer experience through online merchandising.- The role will oversee a blend of planning, execution and optimisation efforts.- Demonstrates Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

    Education & Experience

    BA/BS is desirable but candidates from all education backgrounds who meet the key qualifications are encouraged to apply.English proficiency is required, additional languages a plus

    Additional Requirements

    • Regular virtual meetings with peers in USA and APAC during overlapping business hours.
    • Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work during critical time periods.
    • This role is full time and based at our Battersea Power Station office in London.
