    Cabinet Maker, high end bespoke furniture - Warwks

    As part of their continued success, expansion & investment in creating exceptional bespoke high quality, freestanding and fitted furniture for a varied array of high profile Clients, we seek to recruit two skilled Cabinet Makers who would relish an opportunity to showcase their acquired array of skills and craftsmanship, within a diversely experienced, engaged, committed and supportive manufacturing team.

    Based from a beautiful rural Warwickshire location, this is not just a job, it's a genuine opportunity for a skilled or/and ambitious Craftsperson to embrace new challenges and turn visions into awe-inspiring creations:

    Design appreciation:
    • Understands design principles with a keen eye for detail.
    • Can read detailed construction drawings in both paper and digital formats.
    Craftsmanship

    * Exhibits high-level practical furniture and joinery skills.

    Machinery proficiency

    * Ability to operate a diverse range of wood machines, backed by operational qualifications.

    Material expertise:
    • Experience and knowledge of working with a wide variety of timbers, veneers, manufactured boards and substrates
    • Experience of using and applying secondary materials such as decorative metal trims and inlays, glass and leather.
    Jointing and assembly:
    • Demonstrates proficiency in cabinet jointing and assembly, utilising up-to-date fixings with power tool jointers.
    • A good knowledge of using and installing modern fittings, drawer runners, hinges and architectural ironmongery.
    • Veneering Skills: Expertise in veneering including, selection, cutting, jointing and pressing using a hydraulic press and bag press.
