    Leading US law is hiring a brand new Secretarial Manager to manage and be responsible for the Legal PAs and support functions of their London office in addition to supporting global initiatives.

    Manage Administrative team(s) and resources responsible for all support functions in assigned offices;Supervise Administrative staff including team performance and set goals, ensuring the team's continuous professional development; additional staff management as assigned;Manage administrative operations and services for assigned offices, including office services, records and facilities;Administer the firm's initiatives and operations as assigned, including but not limited to office process implementation projects, programs and events;Supervise and oversee the Legal PA cohort in London, including responsibility for the allocations, and managing the performance and development, working closely with Talent Management where required;Advise and administer budget control and maintenance for local assigned support departments;Provide administrative support to facilitate onboarding and departures of both attorneys and business professionals;Plan office events (onsite and offsite), managing event budgets, and facilitate community outreach programs;Collaborate with internal parties and external resources;Manage administration-related vendor relationships;Handle additional projects and tasks as may be assigned and necessary

    Secretarial Manager requirements:


    Previous Secretarial Management or Office Management experience from a law firm or professional services;Experience of planning, allocating and reconciling operations budgets;Experience of staff management and performance management.
