    The opportunity:

    We are seeking a Senior UI Designer to join our dynamic cross-functional product creative team and play a pivotal role in driving innovation in digital design.
    This individual will contribute to crafting exceptional interfaces that elevate the user experience to new heights. This role is ideal for a technically-minded designer with exceptional strength and passion for design, who thrives on the technical side of design whilst also having a love for the creative. As a member of our team, you will be a key player collaborating closely with other talented professionals to design our client's digital channels, including the creative direction of websites and enhancing the brand's visual presence across digital platforms such as social media and marketplaces.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Producing mood boards, sketches, advanced interactive prototypes, user testing materials, interaction definitions, and high-fidelity screen designs, adhering to brand guidelines and the client's design system.
    • Demonstrating expertise in working with design systems to produce design solutions at scale, while championing user-centred design principles and accessibility standards.
    • Crafting stakeholder presentations that captivate and convey design concepts effectively.
    • Placing a strong emphasis on responsive web solutions, pushing boundaries to ensure seamless experiences across all devices.
    • Fostering strong collaborative relationships within the design discipline, advocating for an integrated approach to end-to-end journey design with a focus on rapid execution and minimal conflict.
    • Continuously elevating global design standards, fostering consistency across all client locations and platforms.
    • Translating concepts into high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes.

    What we want from you:

    • Exceptional design proficiency, mastery of Figma, XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Deep understanding of atomic design principles and design systems. Experience with design tokens is highly desirable.
    • A blend of creativity and meticulous attention to detail, with a keen eye for craftsmanship.
    • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
    • Proven ability to manage your own timelines effectively, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work autonomously.
    • Experience designing responsive web products that excel in user experience.
    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic/UI design or a related field.
    • Strong ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to peers and cross-functional teams.
