    Job Title: Site Engineer (Trainee to Experienced)

    Job Description: We are seeking ambitious individuals at various levels, from Trainee to Experienced, to join our team as Site Engineers. As a Site Engineer, you will be involved in the planning, execution, and management of civil engineering projects, playing a key role in ensuring their successful delivery on time and within budget.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Site Supervision: Assist in the supervision of construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
    • Surveying and Setting Out: Conduct site surveys, measurements, and setting out using GPS and total stations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design plans.
    • Technical Support: Provide technical support to the project team, including interpreting engineering drawings, resolving design issues, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
    • Quality Control: Monitor construction workmanship and materials quality, conducting inspections and tests to ensure adherence to project requirements and specifications.
    • Health and Safety: Promote a culture of health and safety on-site, identifying and mitigating potential hazards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
    • Progress Reporting: Assist in preparing progress reports and documentation, including daily logs, work schedules, and as-built drawings, to track project milestones and communicate project status to stakeholders.
    • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges and construction issues encountered on-site, collaborating with the project team to implement effective solutions and minimize project delays.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Trainee Site Engineer:
      • Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
      • Strong interest in civil engineering and construction.
      • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
      • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills on-site.
    • Experienced Site Engineer:
      • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
      • Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering construction.
      • Proficiency in surveying techniques and setting out procedures.
      • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
      • Proven ability to manage site activities and subcontractors effectively.
