You will be required to work as part of the clerical team during core working hours providing a high quality administration service to the Antenatal Clinic within Maidstone Hospital under the Women & Children's Directorate

Booking appointments for ultrasound appointments

Booking appointments for Antenatal clinics

Managing Reception Desk

Pulling and prepping Antenatal notes

General administrative duties

Duties are encompassed in the attached job description. Flexibility is a requirement to assist in covering periods of annual/sick leave.

Making appointments for 12 week Nuchal scans for the ultrasound department with target times.

making outpatient appointments as directed to ensure efficient use of clinic time

cancelling and re-scheduling clinics and appointments, as required

'cashing up' of appointments with appropriate outcomes

Identification and passing onto secretaries and Consultants information regarding Did Not Attend patients (DNAs)
