£26,230 - £27,507 (depending on qualification and experience) and includes 8 sleep-ins per month

Our client, a leading provider of Residential Care and is looking to appoint a Residential Childcare Worker for their home in Leeds.
This is a great opportunity to continue your career in care, working as part of a trauma-informed team committed to helping children and young people with varied and complex needs.
Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure, and you will be working in a setting where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where children and young people are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible, and where the staff team are supported to learn, develop, succeed and enjoy their role.
Their Residential Childcare Workers carry out an essential and varied role to provide the support required by the children and young people in our care.
This role is ideal for people who want to make a real difference in children and young people's lives and futures.
Already qualified to, or willing to work towards, level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare, you will be calm, engaging, resilient, and motivated to provide a safe, caring environment where every child can thrive.

- The resilience to be able to deal with challenging situations
- If you don't have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
