£26,230 - £27,507 (depending on qualification and experience) and includes 8 sleep-ins per month

Qualified to, or willing to work towards, level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare


Our client, a leading provider of Residential Care and is looking to appoint a Residential Childcare Worker for their home in Leeds.

The home offers residential care for boys aged 11-18.

Their Residential Childcare Workers carry out an essential and varied role to provide the support required by the children and young people in our care.

Some previous experience in a care setting is essential.

This role is ideal for people who want to make a real difference in children and young people's lives and futures.


Already qualified to, or willing to work towards, level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare, you will be calm, engaging, resilient, and motivated to provide a safe, caring environment where every child can thrive.

**Essential Requirements for
Residential Childcare Worker: - A 'can do' attitude - a team player who rolls up their sleeves to help others

  • They genuinely care about their young people (and each other) so honesty and empathy is a must
  • The resilience to be able to deal with challenging situations
  • If you don't have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
