Page Personnel have just registered a new exciting Permanent Customer Service Executive Position in Leeds to work for a reputable business within the Legal Sector

This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join a business that are growing significantly have lots of exciting plans for the year and offer an exciting progression plan

As a Customer Service Executive you will be working in a regulated environment handling calls from existing clients you will be dealing with a wide range of queries no day will be the same and you will be ensuring customer experience is at the forefront of everything you do


Within the role you will also be dealing with third parties such as other banks and regulated bodies the role will be very fast paced and will be making sure service level agreements are exceeded.


The Successful Applicant:

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality

Exceptional telephone manner

A proactive approach

Able to work in a busy fast paced environment

An excellent team player
