The Role:

Customer Service Adviser

NFU Mutual's Agency, based in Keith & Turriff, is looking to recruit a full time Customer Service Adviser to join our expanding team, within our Keith office.

As a Customer Service Adviser, you will play a key role in the success of an established and expanding local business, ensuring that our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

You will be customer facing and the first point of contact when customers call or walk into the office.

What you will be doing:

Handling customers enquiries, policy alterations and renewals by phone.
Selling new NFU Mutual Insurance policies.
Spotting crossselling opportunities for the Agency.
Introducing NFU Mutual Financial Services products to new and existing customers.
Acquire and maintain knowledge of NFU Mutual General Insurance products.
Working within a compliance framework which is regulated by the agency and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Committed to excellent customer service and prepared to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
A desire to help and deliver excellent customer service by being emphatic, diligent, and knowledgeable, ensuring resolutions are made in a time efficient manner
A confident problem solver
Professional telephone manner.
Attention to detail with focus on achieving first time quality
Competent level in Excel, Word, and Internet.
