    Damira Dental Studios has 33 dental practices across London, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire and we are growing Our practices offer a mix of NHS and private dental care with a passion for patient customer care.

    Damira Dental Studios are looking for a highly motivated and experienced (Dental Area Manager) for London and Hampshire. managing 6 busy successful Mixed/Private dental practices.

    As an integral part of our dental management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and profitability of the practices while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Your exceptional leadership skills, business acumen, and passion for dentistry will play a crucial role in driving success across the dental practices under your supervision.

    Job Title: Area Manager

    Consideration: We would be happy to consider an experienced Dental practice manager wanting to step up to an Area Manager role

    Nature of employment: Permanent, Full time (around 40 hours per week)

    Reporting structure: Reports into the Managing & Clinical Director, Damira Dental Studios

    Pay & Perks: £40 k - £45k dependent on experience.

    Bonus potential: up to £6000

    Others: Car allowance or company car, Mobile, Laptop

    Sponsorship: We are unable to sponsor Visas for this role so applicants would need to have valid authorisation to work in UK

    Travel: Travel involved

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Dental practice management experience working for a corporate is essential (a minimum of two years)
    • full UK driving licence

    Responsibilities:

    • be required to drive private performance in the area.
    • the Clinical governance and Quality Assurance programmes within the practices to ensure the practice meets all CQC outcomes and legislative standards.
    • the practices meet standards set by various bodies including the GDC, CQC and NHS England.
    • support and leadership to enhance performance, skills and knowledge of practice staff throughout the company.
    • commercial and business awareness in both NHS and Private dental sectors.
    • patient queries/complaints and replies efficiently and ethically.
    • resource management including recruitment, inductions, staff inductions, team meetings, staff rota management, appraisals, and staff wages.
    • the team to develop their knowledge and skills to enhance performance.
    • of finances such as invoices, banking, producing reports.
    • and promotion of clinic via both internal marketing strategies as well as website, google ad words and social media platforms.
    • updated with industry trends, advancements, and changes in regulations.
