CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE / RESERVATIONS
Salary:
£22,000
Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am pm (7.5 hour shift)
1 in 4 weekends 9am - 5.30pm
Office based in Central Bristol

The Job:
As a Reservations Executive you will be required to provide an excellent reservations service to customers and bookers, maximising revenue and occupancy whilst ensuring the highest possible levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities;
As a Reservations Executive you will plan and organise workload to ensure that highest standards of customer service, satisfaction and care whilst meeting quarterly targets
Answer the telephones in accordance with company standards
Identify customer needs and convert enquiries to bookings
Deal with queries and bookings in a polite and efficient manner
Build appropriate relationships with customers and bookers that encourage rebooking
Proactively manage enquiries received to maximise conversion
Work closely with client account / sales managers to ensure relationships are maintained
Process bookings using company standards and keep systems up to date
The Person:
Previous hospitality, retail, customer service experience or a recent graduate with some customer service
Proactive and results-driven with first class customer service skills
Excellent communications skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation
Innovative, creative and forward thinking as well as the ability to work under pressure
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Customer focussed and a Team worker
The Salary:
£22,000 + Bonus
The Location:
HYBRID - Bristol, no parking as well as some home working
The Hours:
Monday to Friday between 8am - 8pm (7.5 hour shift) and 1 in 4 weekends 9am - 5.30pm
Salary:
Up to £22,000.00 per year
