We recruit & build neurodivergent talent pools for leading brands like Universal Music Group, Financial times and NTT Data. Our mission is to drive diversity and inclusion in the workplace by providing tailored solutions for our clients & neurodivergent talentpool.

    We're seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team and work closely with our CEO to build strategic partnerships with our Universities corporate clients in the FTSE 500. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a passion for promoting neurodiversity inclusion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients and universities.
    • Develop and implement effective business development strategies
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to expand our client base.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and consultants to develop tailored solutions for clients.

    Requirements

    • Proven track record in sales, average annual sales between £150,000 - £500,000
    • Strong understanding of selling consulting or training programmes
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
