- Preparation of the menu, using the recipes provided
- Ensuring Food Hygiene, Allergen and Health and Safety compliance
- The production of Hospitality as per the client requests
- Supervision of the team
- Building relationships with both the client and customers
- Providing a friendly and polite customer service experience for all
- A full UK Driving License
- Ideally you will have some knowledge of education catering having used fresh ingredients and possess excellent craft skills
- You have Food Hygiene level 2 & 3 (further training will be available)
- You have excellent knowledge of health and safety practices
- Computer literate with experience of using different systems
- You're self-motivated, able to use your own initiative, have a desire to learn and achieve whilst motivating others
- 35 hours per week - with no late nights
- Working 39 weeks per year based around term time - what could you do with all that time off?

The role
As a Relief Chef in the schools within your area, you will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of a healthy, nutritious and fun menu for the students and staff. You will focus on delivering the highest quality of food and service along with having the flair, originality and ability to make this one of the best catering offers in the area.
