Kyc & Onboarding Associate - London - Specialist Financial Recruitment

A fast-growing, Cambridge and London-based FinTech company is looking for an enthusiastic
KYC and Onboarding Associate to join the team.
Along with a salary of up to £32,000 per annum, you will also receive 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), flexible working opportunities, private medical insurance, health and wellness discounts, a cycle to work scheme, monthly happy hours and team lunches, and lunch and learn training sessions.
You will be joining the Cambridge or London office of a FinTech company who are making waves within the financial technology sector with their cash asset management platform.
As KYC and Onboarding Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Onboarding new clients
- Running due diligence processes on new and existing clients
- Updating the CRM system with client data
- Working with multiple parts of the business including the Sales, Client Services and Payments teams
- Operating the digital onboarding platform
- Working with external KYC and AML vendors
- Contributing your ideas on improving all aspects of the process and business
We are looking for a KYC and Onboarding Associate who has the following skills and experiences:
- Previous experience in the role
- Honesty and integrity
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Strong work ethic
- Great communication skills
- Great team player
Any experience in the following would also be useful, but not mandatory, for the role:
- Financial or economic background or education
- Familiarity with CRM systems
