- Supervise & Manager the Modification and temporary relocation of existing Roof mounted M&E Services, through to final permanent installation and commissioning.
- Attend site meetings with the client and compile meeting minuets for internal issue to Senior Management.
- Ensure seamless coordination and execution of mechanical & electrical services with other trades.
- Liaise with Senior management regarding progress, Labour productivity, variations.
- Ensure effective communication with project management team.
- Maintain on site compliance with the business health, Safety, Quality & Environmental requirements for the duration of the project.
- SMSTS / SSSTS certification
- Valid CSCS Card
- Valid driving licence
