Our client is an exciting purpose driven social enterprise that produces a planet-saving beer, listed in national retailers, restaurants and independent stockists.

Reporting in to the Commercial Director, they are seeking an amazing Account Manager witha passion for people, planet and excellent relationship building.

The role will involve supporting their existing trade customers around London, visiting them, sampling with them and identifying opportunities to help win new business.

This is a full time permanentrole that will involve you being based from home, visiting accounts in London with a little additional travel to locations such as Brighton.


This interesting and varied role will involve:

  • Visiting trade customers to offer after-sales support, optimising and managing your own schedule.
  • Building relationships with our wholesaler account managers to grow sales with existing customers and target new sales opportunities.
  • Delivering brand and marketing support for trade customers. This includes ensuring relevant materials are supplied and used effectively in their space and creating content for the client to share on their platforms.
  • Training the trade customers to include talking to teams about the client's mission and delivering tastings of their range.
  • Sampling to end consumers at trade accounts or at events (trade shows, festivals etc).
  • Maintaining the CRM system records this includes capturing details of your interactions with customers and updating their contact information as required. Monitoring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators and customer purchase trends. This will helpthe client to learn, develop and identify new growth opportunities.

Our client is seeking someone who is:

  • Great with people and has experience in customer-facing roles
  • you're passionate about excellent customer service.
  • Good knowledge of bars, pubs, restaurants and bottle shops in London you know where the client needs to be (or enjoy finding out).
  • Self motivated and has a positive attitude you get stuff done.
  • Organised you're good at managing your time.
  • Passionate about the environmental mission of the client and love the idea love the idea of using beer to help save the planet.
