Element Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a leading organistaion based in Bristol who are looking for an ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Business Partner to lead the ESG initiatives for the business.
This is a newly created role due to growth, where you will be supporting the ESG team and the wider business with internal and external ESG targets.
Contributing to a programme of diversity and inclusion objectivesDeveloping ESG and sustainability policies and programmes
Liaising with the senior management team and HR team to ensure the business strategy is delivered
Experience of working with multiple business stakeholders
This role is based in Bristol, paying £60,000 per annum + annual performance bonus, with a fantastic benefits package and hybrid working.
