Our client, a distribution company based in Whitstable, is currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team on a temporary-permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be working 8.45 am-5.15 pm Monday to Friday for an hourly rate of £11.06.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Dealing with incoming phone calls and emails and dealing with them accordingly
• Provide potential clients with quotes
• Process orders
• Issuing invoices
• Maintaining sales records and compiling monthly sales reports

Personal Specification

• Experience working in a similar role in a busy environment
• A well-organised and effective administrator, with a keen eye for detail
• A confident and professional manner both by phone and email
