About therole

We are expanding our TalentAcquisition team and are looking for a talented recruiter to joinus.Youwill be responsible for working with the wider TA communitytoensure the continued growth of ourorganisation by finding screeninginterviewing and hiring brilliant people across the UK. You will beworking with hiring managers across Aira and reporting in to theHead of Talent Acquisition.

This is a fulltimeposition on a 6 month fixed term contract andyoull be working fromour Sheffield hub a minimum of3 days perweek.

What youll be doing as TalentAcquisition Partner atAira

• Sourcingand screeningfor a diverse range of roles within the low carbonsector.
• Identify and grow a pipeline of toptiertalent through proactive and innovative sourcingmethods.
• Assist and guide hiring managers inevaluating and screening applicants to hire top talent for eachposition.
• Maintain and analyse the recruitingdatabase and provide regular reports.
• UsingTeam Tailor ATS LinkedIn CV Library and other platforms to identifypotentialcandidates.

What wewould like to youhave

• Recruitingexperience preferablywith inhouse recruitingteams.
• An understanding of the talentacquisition process including sourcing screening interviewing andselecting.
• Experience with ATSs and LinkedInRecruiter.
• Excellent communication skills bothwritten andverbal.
