Head of Asset Management.

OUR CLIENT is an established and recognised real estate owner / investor who are expanding and are now looking for a Head of Asset Management to run the Team and a portfolio of Commercial and Residential properties.

Heading up Property Management and Asset Management teams.
Responsible for overall strategy and full day to day control of Property Management and Asset Management functions.
Setting and monitoring KPI's with commercial and residential property/asset managers.

Ensuring proactive management and negotiation of key lease events including rent reviews, break clauses and lease expiries with tenants.

Approving service charge budgets, demands and apportionments.
Supervising year end service charge reconciliations.
Ensuring timely management of all lease applications for consent including but not limited to alterations, assignments and underletting's.

Must have come from a small real estate Consultancy/Practice/Asset Management firm.
Happy to work 5 days in the office to start with.
