    Rockbourne are delighted to be representing one of the principal Pan-UK, purpose-built student accommodation (PSBA) operators and managers in the world.

    Due to recent growth, following a successful equity raise and with extensive plans to expand their development pipeline, with large-scale PBSA opportunities across the UK, my client is actively looking for an Analyst to join its team based in London.

    1bn – as a result, they are now looking to expand their Investment Management and Development Team.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an individual from an ACA and/or Financial Modelling background.

    As part of the investment management team, you will be involved in:

    Appraising and underwriting deals, writing Investment Committee papers, and presenting opportunities to the Board
    Undertaking in-depth market research to ensure accurate access to market data, formulate investment strategies and spot trends in the PBSA market ahead of the curve
    Work closely with Asset Management, Development, Operations, and Finance functions to ensure the highest investment performance across the investment life cycle
    Preparing and delivering reports and timely analysis to the Board
    Ad-hoc analyses for the Senior Management team

    Appraising and underwriting deals, writing Investment Committee papers, and presenting opportunities to the Board
    Outstanding academic record, with ACA qualification desired but not essential.
    ~ Advanced level of Excel, Powerpoint
    ~ Excited to work for a small team and happy to get stuck in, reach across departments and go the extra mile to help the business when required
    ~ 50,000 - £70,000 plus a discretionary bonus
