We are on the hunt for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner with a solid background in Finance to lead and nurture our thriving Finance & Business Transformation division.

The role:


Although we have a warm client base, we are looking for someone who is confident to manage and expand stakeholder relationships to build on the success of the Finance & Business Transformation division, working to deadlines and predominantly fulfilling new briefs from our clients of executive level roles of £50k+.

We are not a CV finding service, and it's important that anyone joining our team understands the value of our current processes.


You will have the support of a dedicated Resourcer to allow you to focus on what you do best, building credible relationships with senior decision makers and delivering results through high levels of success with your clients.

You should be comfortable identifying and maximising new business opportunities through marketing activity, networking, and industry events.
