    Where does this role fit in?

    The Account Executive carries responsibility for customer service delivery, operational and administrative excellence. The role will encompass day-to-day responsibility for briefing artwork, print and uploading files to the online systems, supported by the Account Director and Account Manager.

    This position will be working on our exciting contract with Dunelm.

    The main responsibilities of the role will include:

    • Set up jobs in ITG technology (eg raising POS codes in MC).
    • Updating POS codes onto client brief sheets.
    • Support with building campaign and launch briefs.
    • Manage smaller ad-hoc briefs independently (take brief and RFQ).
    • Assist with RFQ's for larger jobs.
    • Download approved assets from Canopy or FTP site.
    • Asset Upload into ITG tech (Canopy and Media Centre).
    • Support team with any admin tasks including updating master savings tracker.
    • Invoicing and month end tasks
    • Lead responsibility for Dunelm reporting
    • Lead Media Centre management - New user set up / creator
    • Canopy management support - New user set up / creator
    • Production support of SEL's
    • Print on Demand daily management
    • Store query assistance
