    About the Company

    A well established D2C brand are looking to appointment of a talented Performance Marketing Manager who will take their digital team to the next level

    This business has seen incredible growth over recent years, and they're not done yet. They are ambitious, entrepreneurial and they are excited for the growth of this epic team

    Description

    Reporting into the Head of ECommerce, you'll work closely with the wider marketing and product, creative and sales team and be responsible for:

    • managing digital marketing activity that drives visibility and engagement with brands and products
    • creating campaigns and activities that drive user experience
    • ownership of the PPC , search and display advertising
    • management of affiliates program
    • agency management and reviewing budgets and KPI's
    • competitor analysis
    • consumer and market analysis
    • management of the SEO programme (technical and content perspective)
    • supporting in website development
    • reporting and analysis of results and the identification of areas for improvement
    • management of website content for product launches and campaigns

    Experience

    • excellent technical skills across PPC, search and display advertising
    • exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholders in the business
    • analytical and commercially minded
    • skilled in team management and development
    • driven by continuous improvements and refinements

    Remuneration

    • Hyrbid working (3 days in the office and 2 remote)
    • £30-50k depending on experience
