KnowledgeBrief is proud to do things differently.We are looking for an individual to join our Skills Coaching team and offer our learners the chance to complete an apprenticeship that focuses on them as individuals.
We know to offer this type of service our coaches cannot do what a typical apprenticeship assessor does. We have taken away from the role to add to it.You will work closely with our onboarding and IAG team, Functional Skills tutors, the team of assessment specialists, and our leadership team.

Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you can expect to:
- Provide exemplary coaching support for a cohort of senior leaders against the Level 7 Leadership and Management apprenticeship standard
- Ensure a great learning experience for all learners ensuring timely completion
- Agree individual targets to ensure learners stay on track
- Provide stretching, constructive, and informative feedback to help learners reach their full potential
- Create and deliver training through the Level 7 Masterclass Programme
- Engage line managers in the learners' progression
- Prepare learners for the endpoint assessment
- Ensure learners are receiving and completing offthejob learning and meeting apprenticeship Standard requirements
- Regularly maintain and update learning records on our elearning platform
- Promote safeguarding awareness to learners and adhere to safeguarding principles and policies
- You must have a higherlevel qualification at Masters or Level 7 equivalent in Leadership & Management
- Relevant experience operating at a senior management level
- L7 Coaching Certificate or Diploma (or be willing to work towards)
- Recognised teaching qualification (desirable)
- Experience of building and maintaining outstanding relationships between Apprentice, Apprentices managers, and their organisation
