Quality Inspector, Salary:
Up to £30,576 per annum, Location: Yeovil, Schedule: Monday

• Friday, 35 hours per weekWe are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Inspector to join an expanding company in Yeovil that works with the aerospace, defence, and commercial sectors.

In this role, you will work closely with a team of passionate individuals to ensure that all machined and fabricated components meet both client and company standards.

As a Quality Inspector, you will use your extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes to perform the following responsibilities:

Conducting First Off InspectionsPerforming In Process and Roaming InspectionsCompleting Pre- and Post-Treatment InspectionsConducting Goods In InspectionsPerforming Final InspectionsProducing First Article Inspection Reports to AS9102To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in a similar role within a machined and fabricated environment.

Additionally, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

Proficiency in using handheld measuring equipment such as micrometres, verniers, height gauges, comparators, and thread gaugesPrior experience in quality assurance within the aerospace industryAn understanding of tolerancesThe ability to write detailed reports (FAIR to AS9102)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsIf you are a highly skilled and experienced Quality Inspector with a background in aerospace, we want to hear from you.
