Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in administrative or PA roles? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to support the Sales Director and Sales Managers in a thriving company? If so, we have the perfect position for you


Our client, a reputable company based in Essex, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team on a fixed-term contract of 12 months, covering maternity leave.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Sales Director and Sales Managers with various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Director and Sales Managers, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, contracts, and sales performance metrics.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless collaboration and information flow.
  • Assist in the organisation and coordination of sales events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders, clients, and customers, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a PA or administrative role, with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with keys is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • A proactive and selfmotivated attitude, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role would be advantageous.
  • A professional and friendly demeanour, with exceptional customer service skills.
