The
Head of IAM (Identity & Access Management) Engagement is a key leadership role in Experian's Global IAM team that will be responsible for "Taking Identity and Access Management to the business".
The key to any IAM program's success lies in embedding core IAM principles deep within the organizational business units with a clear accountability model defined, socialized and agreed upon across the three lines of defence.
As the leader of the IAM engagement function, you will be responsible for ensuring that the global IAM technology teams stay closely in sync with the needs of the business and conversely, that every one of Experian's internal users feels empowered, educated, enabled and responsible for reducing access related information security risk by leveraging the capabilities delivered by the IAM technology teams to the fullest.
This will include development of role specific IAM trainings aimed at the different personas that are part of the access management lifecycle, running workshops and awareness campaigns around effective access controls and the role that every user part of the internal workforce plays in keeping our data secure.
Qualifications:
- Demonstable experience in Cybersecurity and or information risk management
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies, such as identity governance, SOD(Separation of duties), access reviews, privileged account management.
- Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define product requirements, architecture strategy, and roadmap for Security Products
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to tailor and engage communication across all levels of the organization
