Job Description:
As a Motorsports Department Sales Coordinator, you will support the Motorsports Account Manager to support our growing business by looking after the following:
- Supporting the sales and engineering teams of Bosch Motorsport in the UK.
- Maintaining accurate client records.
- Taking responsibility for the invoicing and payment processes.
- Support Bosch Motorsport UK Marketing activities including generation and delivery of concepts.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders about our KPIS and results.
- Have a key role in ensuring our continuing success, including identifying ways we can improve and support our customers better.
- You will have an entrepreneurial mindset, be a keen problems solver and have high levels of resilience and determination.
Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
- 2 years' experience in a similar role, in the areas of Sales, Business Development or Administration or relevant transferable skills.
- Excellent administration skills, with good attention to detail.
- Flexible and well organised to manage several tasks at once.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to cope under pressure.
- Demonstrate high levels of initiative and problemsolving ability.
- Good written and spoken English.
- MS Office skills.
- Able to use and integrated system like SAP.
Desired knowledge and skills:
- Degree or equivalent in sales, sales management, sales and marketing or business and marketing an advantage.
- Knowledge and working experience of SAP or other relevant integrated system
- Experience in building and managing professional relationships
- Able to communicate and make presentations professionally at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Previous experience with the UK motorsports market and products
- Passionate about sales and business development.
- Previous experience maintaining and supporting a successful marketing campaign.
