    Description

    Due to our continued growth, we have a newly created position for a Process Support Manager to join the team at our Glasgow Head Office.

    This role will analyse customer feedback and identify improvement areas to enhance the customer experience.
    You will lead a team of people who provide data analysis to favourably influence our customers' experience.

    Working closely with the Customer Experience manager, you will produce analytical reports on our customers' interactions with Gap One to identify trends, issues and improvement areas.

    Based on analytical findings, you will suggest which of GAP's processes and systems will enhance the experience of dealing with the business.

    Proven experience of Team Management with a strong emphasis on data analysis to identify improvement areas.
    Sound experience of MS Office applications.
