Sale - Great transport links and onsite parking

Full Time - 8:30am - 4:30pm


Salary:
£25,000 - £28,000

Working with an international corporation that have helped train more than 15 million people since 1980 to appoint 2 Administrators on a permanent full time basis within their expanding Finance team.


You will be working within a small dynamic team responsible for all administration and event duties post sale until delivery.


Person Profile:

  • Experience within a similar Administration or Customer Service department


  • Strong Excel Skills

  • Essential
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Selfmotivated
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Daily Duties:

  • Drafting and Issue of Event documents invites and letters
  • Event Management
  • Assist with the completion of sales contracts ensuring data accuracy
  • Data management
  • Maintaining and updating sale and customer records
  • Liaise daily with various internal departments
  • Assisting with preparation of finance documents
  • Invoicing and converting sales orders into invoices prepared for payment
  • Adhoc administration duties
