About Us:

The Wayford Bridge Inn is well known for its exceptional service and comfortable rooms. Nestled in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Front-of-House Team Member to join our team.


Role Overview:


As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring all guests have a memorable experience.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is accustomed to the dynamics of a busy pub or restaurant environment.

Permanent or Seasonal applicants considered on a full time and part time basis.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and manage customer inquiries with a positive attitude.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the frontofhouse area.

Requirements:


  • No experience required.
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering highquality customer service.
  • Right to work in the UK
