The Early Careers Business professional programme is a 2 year scheme made up of four different rotations across our core business area, providing you with the opportunity to learn closely from the experts at the heart of our business.

By the end of your time in the Business Professional scheme you'll have developed a wide range of knowledge, skills, and experiences - and be perfectly placed to kick-start an exciting career at Konica Minolta.

Not only will you complete the 2 year programme with a Business Administration Level 3 NVQ, you will have worked on a range of projects - giving you the opportunity to make a real impact to the business whilst being fully championed by our community network.

We strongly believe that the opportunity for a promising future should be open to people from all backgrounds of life and so all we ask is that you hold four GCSE's at grades 9-4, be a team player and have the dedication to want to learn, develop and grow.
