Warehouse Supervisor - Cranleigh:

Location: Cranleigh Distribution Services Limited, 120 Dunsfold Park, Cranleigh GU6 8TB

Working hours: Monday - Friday plus 1 in 3 Saturdays

We are delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to become part of our dedicated operations team. Your expertise in supervision will play a crucial role in fostering a motivated workforce, thus enabling us to consistently provide efficient and dependable services to all our customers. This position holds the potential for further advancement to the role of Warehouse Manager.

Role Specific Responsibilities:

Oversee morning and second run driver operation, including driver loadout and workloads
Supervise Health and Safety protocols to ensure a secure and compliant business environment
Maintain daily compliance with depot scanning procedures
Manage storage and pick-and-pack operations according to customer specifications
Generate necessary reports, conduct stock counts, and perform reconciliations on a regular basis
Ensure adequate staffing levels, conduct Return To Work interviews, and maintain absence records

Strengths, Skills, and Competencies:

Prior experience in a similar logistics role
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Positive attitude in a dynamic work environment
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage workload prioritization
Strong communication skills
High level of integrity
Capable of establishing and nurturing professional relationships with team members
Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
