An exceptional new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Nurse Deputy Home Manager to work in an amazing care home based in the Brackley, Northampton area.

*To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin

• Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high quality clinical and pastoral care

Care plan development and assessments
Look after all our residents alongside the team and offer personalised centred care
The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of care
Good working knowledge of CQC standards
The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors and staffing teams
Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home
The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £52,500 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 40 hours a week working through Days.
