Description

We have an opportunity for an Assistant Underwriter to join our Cyber Enterprise Risk team.

You will report to the Head of Delegated Cyber and will support the team to carry out all tasks relating to the underwriting of the department.

You will provide appropriate underwriting support and aim to maximise profitability, always bearing in mind the relationship between risk and return in respect of all underwriting activities.

The role includes responsibilities such as assisting in the underwriting and processing of new and renewal business, as well as preparing information packs and accompanying summaries as required, including the collation of broker-supplied material.

You will also be expected to assist the team with the monitoring and control of accounts, in addition to analysing and producing reports and statistics as required, including in respect of the business planning process and accounting exercises.
