We are currently hiring for an
Operations Clerk based in one of our busy hubs in
Teesside, 30 hours per a week,
Monday to Friday,

Key responsibilities:

Develop a good understanding of the workings of the operation to ensure service levels are achieved.
HV freight sortation
Driver Brief with scanners
Taking and managing customer calls
Complete day to day admin tasks
Basic timesheet inputting
Carry out any other duties that may be reasonably required in the context of the job role, or as instructed by the Site/OPs Manager.

Experience & Skills required:

Experience with statistical analysis and data processing
Administration
Good knowledge of all computer systems relevant to the operation
Excellent verbal and written communication is appropriate and in line with Data Protection Regulations.
Experience working within the transportation or logistics industry is beneficial with knowledge of Microsoft Office essential.
