Liu International is an experienced professional consultancy based in the United Kingdom, providing very effective property investment planning and consulting services for individuals and enterprises.

We also establish overseas institutions in the United Kingdom, and publicise and expand those businesses.


We have a relationship with all of the major property developers and can locate the best properties to match our clients 'budget and according to investors' investment criteria.

Our personal investments are based on our outlook of 'The time that you make a profit is not when you sell a property but when you buy it.

'


Key responsibilities:


  • Managing all aspects of Administration that is required within the office: copying, faxing, filing, scanning and responding to inquiries
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service through answering incoming calls, Email correspondence, welcoming visitors to the office, and providing property information
  • Deputize for the Letting manager during holidays and any other time as required
  • Marketing, advertising sale and rental properties to include: arranging property schedules, filming, uploading photographs and descriptions and arranging the advertising information for the property
  • Liaising with landlords in relation to prospective tenants, with contractor for quotes and repairs and with different department among the company
  • IT support and CRM management
  • Assisting with video production, including video shooting, recording and editing

Skills / Experience:


  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build excellent customer relationships
  • Be able to speak Mandarin or/and Cantonese fluently is a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft package and basic IT knowledge is required
  • Knowledge of the local residential market would be an advantage
  • Previous experience in letting or real estate relevant industry is a plus
  • Eligibility to work in the UK

Salary:
£18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
