    Description
    Arrange and assist online and offline inspections

    • Help buyers (and sellers) understand the buying and selling procedures, from supporting documents, payment terms (including SD, signing of agreements and contracts) to inspections, furniture reservations, etc., Assist in the preparation and proofreading of materials and documents, and contact with lawyers
    • Work closely with our marketing team to participate in digital marketing, such as video recording, live broadcasting, and generating content that introduces real estate and related information
    Must be fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese in order to communicate effectively with customers

    • Understanding the local housing market, bank loan application, stamp duty and taxation will be an advantage

    Create high-quality articles and write company promotional materials;

    Have a solid foundation in Chinese writing and excellent translation skills;
