  • Implementation of NetSuite ERP (Enterprise resource planning) Project: Responsible for the implementation of the accounting and financial part of the ERP for the UK, Singapore and UAE. 
  • Support from the French Finance team:
    - Define the target business processes
    - Ensuring overall business coherence
    - Manage the IS Architecture and ensure Business/IS integration
  • Participation in the standardization of financial management rules and Chart of Accounts in various offices of the company (Paris, London, Singapore, UAE).
