    Represents the "voice" of the CBRE PJM team, translating their efforts into tangible analytics while fielding client requests that require the coordination or CBRE's PJM services.

    Our Client is transitioning to a new project management system and operating model. This role will be responsible for the representation of the project management team and its' execution of projects.

    A successful transition and migration is critical, but most important is that this role is the first touch point between the client and the PJM team, understanding the nuances of the ongoing systems and processes in the current and new contract.

    This role must be aligned with the goals of our Global Operations, supporting the management of our KPIs and other critical data and reporting.

    The new system and process will be replacing all the ongoing operations used by the project management team.

    Works closely with client's operations and workplace design and delivery team, data migration consultants, business owners, and subject experts in a collaborative environment to create strategic, portfolio analysis and long term programmatic roadmaps.

    Draws upon user insights to recommend adjustments to the project management systems and reporting methods. Investigates additional process and software solutions that can enhance the client's project management team efficiency and reporting capabilities.

    Facilitates discussions, user story development and refinement, and testing and validation; Actively engages in the current and future development process of project management scope of work and technology, including scrum sessions, demos, and testing activities, and training & change management activities, as needed.

    Contribute to the development of playbook and business process documents associated with system implementation to the Business teams.
    Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. PgMP or PMP certifications preferred

    Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.

    Subject matter expert in the fields of real estate operations, business strategy, and/or product management.
    Must have experience working in the corporate, commercial, or retail real estate sector.
    Must have experience working with global, cross functional teams, and engaging with upper level management

    Must have previous experience in data management of construction/real estate portfolios as well as sound financial management of complex real estate portfolios.

    Experience with Tableau, eBuilder, and Salesforce for projects, programs, or multi-site portfolios is preferred.
