- Monday to Friday 8AM5PM

- Age Dependent NMW +
Responsibilities of the Customer Services Advisor
- Dealing with Customer calls daily
- Data input
- Developing and progressing client relationships
- Eager to learn as you would be getting to know all products to enable you to support your client base
- Communicating with different internal teams to ensure the best outcome for the customer
- Analysis of data when working on a Client account
- Work on the PC and processing customer orders
Requirements of the Customer Services Advisor
- Ability to problem solve and analyse data
- Excellent communication as dealing with customers daily is essential
- PC literate
- Use of Excel, Outlook and Word
- Prides themselves on their customer service Reliability and excellent timekeeping key to success in the role
Benefits & Requirements:
- Hourly rate as above, or the appropriate National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
