  • Monday to Friday 8AM5PM

  • Age Dependent NMW +

Responsibilities of the Customer Services Advisor

  • Dealing with Customer calls daily
  • Data input
  • Developing and progressing client relationships
- stock check and returns

  • Eager to learn as you would be getting to know all products to enable you to support your client base
  • Communicating with different internal teams to ensure the best outcome for the customer
  • Analysis of data when working on a Client account
  • Work on the PC and processing customer orders

Requirements of the Customer Services Advisor

  • Ability to problem solve and analyse data
  • Excellent communication as dealing with customers daily is essential


  • PC literate

  • Use of Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Prides themselves on their customer service Reliability and excellent timekeeping key to success in the role

Benefits & Requirements:


  • Hourly rate as above, or the appropriate National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
  • Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
