Description

THE ROLE:

  • Providing relevant insights in advance of any pitch meeting with prospective clients and attending pitches as appropriate
  • Liaising with clients to agree on campaign milestones
  • Updating all campaignrelated activity on our customer relationship management system (Bullhorn)
  • Providing weekly update reports on each campaign
  • Using our design software (InDesign) to create packs for longlisting, shortlisting, and selection events
  • Supporting the development of interview questions, presentation questions, case studies, etc.
  • Printing and binding all materials for meetings when required
  • Documenting and measuring the success of research strategies used in every campaign to enable the team to start from a strong platform, with mínimal oversight, in future campaigns
  • Attending networking events
  • Leading on salary benchmarking exercises
  • Conducting ad hoc project work
  • Leading on competitor analysis, identifying the roles advertised on various portals and our competitors' websites, and trend analysis to support future planning of activities
  • Supporting company progress towards more efficient practices through template development, etc.
