Head of Ecommerce

£50,000 - £70,000

A great opportunity to join a successful luxury goods retailer who are looking for a Head of Ecommerce to manage their web business and drive growth and sales.

You have full ownership of all Ecommerce activities and Digital marketing with overall responsibilityfor driving performance across all website KPIs, accountable for driving conversion rate, order values and overall revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing, implementing and delivering the Ecommerce plan and targets to drive growth in revenue and profitability
Manage and develop the Ecommerce team
Ensure that marketing campaigns and promotions are effectively executed across all digital channels
Identifying, testing and optimising opportunities to improve onsite conversion
Measuring and monitoring customer experience through analytics
Optimise eCRM to improve customer retention and lifetime metric values
Working closely with product teams to optimise product and pricing mix to realise sales opportunities

Required Skills:

Experience of management in an Ecommerce role
Track record of generating Ecommerce growth within consumer focused retail environment
Strong commercial attitude with experience of managing budgets and working to targets
Excellent Digital marketing skills
A handson and can do attitude
Experience of working with Magento
