I am currently working with a leading Legal 500 Law firm who are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join them on a full time basis.

Your role will be to line manage the secretarial team in the Property team.

You will be responsible for proactively addressing issues with the secretarial team, monitor work flow and problem solve, conduct regular reviews and monthly 121s as well as manage sickness absence and performance and assist in the recruitment process of new secretaries.


In addition to this, you will provide comprehensive and proactive secretarial and administrative support ranging from drafting and amending documents, requesting property searches from external providers, completion of Land Registry forms, financial admin, file management, managing diaries, and digital dictation to at least one fee earner.


The person -
You will be a Legal Secretary with at least 2 years experience working in a Law Firm. Experience within law and is advantageous.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and drafting skills.
  • Excellent client liaison skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, takes initiative and willing to engage in business development activities.
  • Teachable, focused and extremely organised.
  • Thrives in a team environment, sharing knowledge, motivating colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the firm

£20,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
