I am currently working with a reputable
Legal 500 law firm who are seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to
head up their Residential Property team at their lively office in Slough.


This is an excellent opportunity for a
current Head of Department, _OR_ a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor/Lawyer who is
ready to take the next step into a senior management position.



Required:


  • Have over 9/10 years experience within residential conveyancing
  • Ability to manage a full and varied caseload, whilst supervising and mentoring a team of junior fee earners
  • Consistent and proven track record of billings
  • Have a keen interest in business development, and consistently seek ways in which to promote the firm
  • Excellent client care skills, project management skills, and a personable approach to mentoring/upskilling
  • Ambitious and driven

Salary:
£62,000.00-£72,000.00 per year
